I wanted to take the time to say how much I loved the CMI Level 5 course and to thank you both for your delivery of the course.   From the very start, the course was engaging, relevant and extremely well facilitated at our Training Centre, here in Manchester.   David, who delivered the course to use has an exceptional teaching style. He was charismatic, clear, and confident, with an ability to bring to life, this subject in a way that has stuck with me. His delivery made complex topics relatable and enjoyable, and the sessions were something I genuinely looked forward to.   Yuri, your facilitation, and support throughout the course created a strong learning environment and allowed me to feel safe to ask questions. The way you worked in tandem with David allowed me to understand the process and the expectations of me to so be successful.   I’ve taken so much from the course and am already applying the learning to my own development, as well as using it to support and develop others. That alone says everything about the quality and relevance of the programme.   I would do the course again without hesitation if David and Yurii were involved, it was that good.   Thank you all for the time, energy, and passion you brought to delivering it.
